My online January courses are now open for registration. Classes begin on the 10th January and run for 6 weeks.

Mondays 6-7pm - Level 1 Pilates Matwork (Online) - £35 for the 6 week course.

This level 1 online Pilates Matwork class offers a safe and accessible session which is particularly suitable for those with recurring lower back pain, or limited spinal movement. We work on developing sound technical foundations before powering up into some stronger moves, always moving at a steady pace. The class is run as a course of 6 sessions running from Monday 10th January until the 14th January (inclusive). If you miss a session you will still receive access to the class recording, which will be available for 1 week.

Tuesdays 6-7pm - Level 2 Mixed Equipment (Online) - £48 for the 6 week course.

This is a level 2 online Pilates class with Marguerite, using small equipment: over ball, hand weights, roller, theraband. The different equipment is great for challenging stability and shaking up the repertoire to add more variety to your practice. It will run for 6 weeks on Tuesdays at 6pm. To join the course you will need at least 2 years of Pilates experience. If you miss a week's class, you'll receive a recording for that session (available for 1 week after the class).

Wednesday 2.30pm - Chair Based Pilates (Online) - Free / Donations Accepted.

Set up in the initial lockdown, this is one of my most successful classes with a wonderful group of older participants from all over the UK and Europe. This steady paced class is suitable for the older person looking to gently mobilise and tone. It includes standing/ seated mobilisations, some kneeling exercises and some movements lying down on a mat. Each class will include a combination of strengthening and stretching movements with some balance work at the end. Numbers are strictly limited and all participants must join live in order to receive the recording.
