
This all-levels class will begin with the fundamentals and build up to more challenging variations of the Pilates matwork, working at a steady pace. Each session will have a specific focus, allowing for progression through the series. This is a 6-class course. Classes will run weekly at 6pm from Tuesday 30th January till Tuesday 5th March (inclusive).
When you purchase this series, you will also have access to my online mini-series course of classes with 6x short sessions (10 minutes long each) to help ease you back into a regular Pilates practice.
You will need: a yoga mat, an over ball, a medium theraband, a hooped band (if possible) and a cushion.
All sessions are recorded and available for 2 weeks.
Places are limited to 10 people per class.
