Chair Based Pilates - Online

This steady paced class is suitable for the older person looking to gently mobilise and tone during the lockdown period. It will include standing/ seated mobilisations, some kneeling exercises and some movements lying down on a mat. Each class will include a combination of strengthening and stretching movements with some balance work at the end.
