Pilates for Women @ the Goan Community Centre - Tottenham

Following my own post-natal recovery and the community that built up around the classes I joined in the local area, I'm delighted to be able to offer these women-focused classes, working in the stunning Goan Centre studio, with views over-looking Downhills Park.

These sessions are designed to support women at all stages of life (whether post-natal or not), to regain confidence and strength in your body, no matter what your fitness background might be. We work on developing sound technical foundations before powering up into some stronger moves, always moving at a steady pace. The sessions are particularly useful for:

  • Post-natal Recovery, including deep-core support, pelvic health, and lower back strengthening
  • Low Impact Joint Strengthening, including shoulder and knee stability to keep you active
  • Improving Posture, by attending to movement in all directions and by developing body awareness.
  • Stress-relief, through a focus on breathing and release
  • Overall Wellness, through a balanced class in a relaxed and friendly community

The class runs weekly on Wednesdays from 6.15-7.15pm. You can register for single sessions @£12 per class below,

On registration, you will receive an email with a link to a Health Form. Please complete the form online before your first session.

You will need to bring your own yoga/ pilates mat.

All other equipment (balls, bands and blocks) will be provided.
