Beginners Pilates Course

During the early days of the pandemic, I noticed that a large number of people were joining my online classes with almost no background in Pilates. So I took the opportunity to run a course for absolute beginners. These recordings track the 6-week course filmed in April - May 2020. (You can even see the changes to my living room as my husband and I spent every weekend fixing up our home :) ) Each week had a particular focus, allowing us to hone in on the technique with precision. Since many people didn't have access to equipment, the classes are taught using a folded hand towel and cushions. I hope you enjoy the course and find it useful.
