Chair Pilates Course

This is a series of 4 classes recorded in April 2024 as part of my Chair Pilates online offering. During the sessions you may hear sounds/ questions and comments from class participants, often with the usual difficulties with zoom. However you will only see my screen. I offer a number of corrections for participants who joined the session live. As I was 8 months pregnant, I don't always demonstrate the floor work. I made these sessions available to the group on this platform just before I headed off on maternity leave. The recordings do not offer a comprehensive course and are not suitable for anyone who has not already taken a class with me. Classes begin seated on a hard back dining chair before going down the the ground for some floor work. We often end with a standing balance. You will need an over-ball, a light strength theraband, small hand weights (0.5-1kgs) and a yoga mat.
