Chair Based Pilates - Online
This is an event series

This steady paced class is suitable for the older person looking to gently mobilise and tone whilst working with the support of a chair. It will include seated mobilisations, some exercises lying on the floor (or bed) and some standing exercises. Each class will include a combination of strengthening and stretching movements with some balance work at the end. We move through the class at a steady pace with ample time for questions and adjustments as we go along.
