After nearly 19 years of Pilates teaching, I'm delighted to be able to offer classes in my local area, working in the stunning Goan centre studio, with views over-looking Downhills Park.
This lunchtime class is a general level Pilates Matwork session open to all, and particularly suitable for recurring lower back pain, shoulder/ neck pain, post-natal recovery or general stiffness. We work on developing sound technical foundations before powering up into some stronger moves, always moving at a steady pace.
It runs weekly on Mondays from 12.45-1.45pm. Click on a date below to register.
On registration, you will receive an email with a link to a Health Form. Please complete the form online before your first session.
You will need to bring your own yoga/ pilates mat.
Small equipment (balls, bands and blocks) will be provided.
