CoL Pilates - Monday - Winter 2026
This is an event series

Start the week with a gentle flow Pilates class (online). Starting with fundamentals and building into some stronger movements, these sessions aim to support healthy spinal movement and strength, releasing the hips and shoulders to reduce strain. Taught at a steady pace by Marguerite, a recording of the session is available for 2 weeks after the class.
