These classes will introduce the fundamental technique and exercises of the Pilates matwork. It is suitable for absolute beginners and/or anyone returning to Pilates after a long time off.
Pilates is a system of exercises that co-ordinates breathing and movement to develop deep core support, flexibility and all-round health and wellbeing in a safe and accessible format. It is particularly helpful in supporting lower back pain, shoulder/ neck pain and post-injury or post-natal recovery.
Wednesdays 6.30-7.30pm.

On registration, you will receive an email with a link to a Health Form. Please complete the form online before your first session.
You will need to bring your own yoga/ pilates mat. All other equipment (balls, bands and blocks) will be provided.
