
This is a 6-week course running weekly on Wednesdays from 6.15-7.15pm from 7th January - 11th February 2026, it costs £60 for the 6-week course. If you prefer to sign up for single sessions (@£12 per class) please go here instead.
These sessions are designed to support women at all stages of life (whether post-natal or not), to regain confidence and strength in your body, no matter what your fitness background might be. We work on developing sound technical foundations before powering up into some stronger moves, always moving at a steady pace. Each week will take a particular focus, slowly building to a stronger class by the end of the series. The sessions are particularly useful for:
Post-natal Recovery, including deep-core support, pelvic health, and lower back strengthening
Low Impact Joint Strengthening, including shoulder and knee stability to keep you active
Improving Posture, by attending to movement in all directions and by developing body awareness.
Stress-relief, through a focus on breathing and release
Overall Wellness, through a balanced class in a relaxed and friendly community
On registration, you will receive an email with a link to a Health Form. Please complete the form online before your first session.
You will need to bring your own yoga/ pilates mat.
All other equipment (balls, bands and blocks) will be provided.
